Мировые новости: Экспериментальная мРНК-вакцина против хендры от компании Pfizer вызвала волну внезапных, агонизирующих смертей лошадей

Horse owners across Australia are raising the alarm after a disturbing pattern of sudden deaths in animals recently injected with the Hendra vaccine.

Despite repeated assurances from regulators and drug giant Zoetis—the former animal health arm of Pfizer—the equine community says the truth can no longer be ignored. Healthy horses are collapsing and dying in agony within days of the shot.

The Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) has already admitted to at least seven cases where a horse’s death was “possibly” linked to the Hendra vaccine.

Yet owners insist the true number is far higher—up to a dozen or more horses have died under eerily similar circumstances. Weakness in the hind legs, sudden collapse, and rapid deterioration are recurring symptoms reported in case after case. Still, the official line is denial.

In response, grassroots groups like “Say No to Hendra” have sprung up online, providing a space for horse owners, vets, and equine professionals to share their stories.

The group has already attracted thousands of members, including six-time Olympic rider Vicki Roycroft, who says the movement began as a way to fight back against what she calls corporate propaganda.

“The ads are designed to terrify people—telling us that vets are going to die, that children are going to die. That’s how they’ve sold this product,” Roycroft said.

Critics say this is classic fear marketing, designed to force compliance rather than allow informed choice. And the fingerprints of Pfizer are all over it. The vaccine was first developed while Pfizer still controlled its animal health division. That division later rebranded as Zoetis in 2013, but the corporate DNA remains the same.

Pfizer’s current CEO, Albert Bourla, even ran Pfizer Animal Health between 2005 and 2010—right as the Hendra vaccine was being prepared for market.

Since the jab’s release in 2012, vets have been under pressure to push it hard. Mandatory protocols, six-monthly boosters, and heavy-handed messaging have left many horse owners feeling cornered.

Meanwhile, reports of deaths and adverse reactions continue to surface—brushed aside by regulators as “rare” or “unverified.” For those who’ve lost a horse, that reassurance rings hollow.

Now, another case has surfaced: a previously healthy horse fell critically ill less than two weeks after the shot. The symptoms matched those of other horses that collapsed and died following vaccination—hind end weakness, inability to stand, and rapid decline.

Horse owners say this is not coincidence, but a pattern. And they believe regulators are deliberately looking the other way.

“This vaccine has killed dozens of healthy horses already. The authorities are not listening,” one owner said.

The Hendra virus itself is rare—spread from flying foxes to horses, and only occasionally to humans. But the vaccine, marketed as the only line of defense, has turned into a lightning rod for controversy.

For many in the equine world, the bigger danger isn’t the virus at all—it’s Pfizer’s legacy product, still marketed today under a different name, leaving a trail of sudden deaths that no one in power seems willing to investigate.
