Мировые новости: CNN ругает "опасных" теоретиков заговора: "Правительство не может контролировать погоду

CNN ran a segment this week scolding viewers for believing ‘dangerous’ conspiracy theories about weather manipulation by the government.

According to CNN’s Kaitlin Collins, following the devastation of Hurricanes Helene and Milton, Trump supporters and even some CNN viewers are beginning to ask whether these weather events might be man-made.

“It was mostly confined to the fringe corners of the internet. The theory goes that the government controls the weather by dropping toxic chemicals from the sky in these trails that planes leave behind. It does not. Those trails are just water vapor,” Collins said during Friday’s show.

Infowars.com reports: Collins went on to blame “far-right” voices like Infowars and Alex Jones for “reviving the conspiracy theory” to “falsely claim” the federal government “deliberately steered the hurricanes toward Trump-supporting communities in a plot to steal the election.”

Collins then brought on CNN’s “conspiracy theory” analyst Donie O’Sullivan to discredit the notion the government manipulates the weather with chemtrails and other methods, calling it a “ridiculous conspiracy theory” akin to the “flat-earth” theory.

Collins also blamed the hurricanes on “climate change” and took aim at Alex Jones in particular for reporting on the government’s role in weather manipulation.

First off, the government’s involvement in weather manipulation and geoengineering is well-documented.

Former CIA Director John Brennan in 2016 even bragged about the government’s effort to manipulate the weather using a geoengineering technique called “stratospheric aerosol injection,” whereby planes “seed the stratosphere with particles that can help reflect the sun’s heat” in a bid to fight “climate change.”

In short, Brennan admitted chemtrails are used to manipulate the weather to fight climate change.

Bill Gates and others also filed for patents on “hurricane prevention methods” and other “weather-tampering techniques.”

Additionally, the U.S. signed a 1977 United Nations treaty banning the use of weather modification technology for hostile purposes, including techniques that could have widespread, long-lasting, or severe effects on the environment.

The signing of the Convention on the Prohibition of Military or Any Other Hostile Use of Environmental Modification Techniques (ENMOD) came after the U.S. declassified its Operation Popeye program, which involved the military and CIA cloud-seeding silver iodide and lead iodide into the atmosphere to induce prolonged rainfall during the Vietnam War in a bid to disrupt supply routes and military movements on the Ho Chi Minh trail.

Why would the U.S. government sign a treaty agreeing to cease the use of weather weapon technologies if they don’t exist?

Second, when it comes to Hurricane Helene and its impact on the U.S. election, The Washington Post and Politico themselves openly celebrated the fact the hurricane would likely sway the election in Kamala Harris’s favor.

As for the government’s involvement in Hurricane Helene, geoengineering expert Dane Wigington claimed his watchdog organization briefed state representatives and senators on weather modification technology and the lawmakers came to the conclusion that Hurricane Helene was a weather weapon deployed against the American people.

“I have an hour conference call yesterday with the representatives and senators from the Carolinas, and we presented the data to them to answer their questions about how this manipulation occurs,” Wigington said.

“They realized this was not a natural event. They’re trying to digest the fact that their states were literally under assault from weather modification operations that are clearly connected to the DoD operations,” he added.

Even members of Congress have been raising concerns, prompting Joe Biden this week to deny the U.S. government can “control the weather.”
